Dream Dental & Sleep is seeking a full-time General Dentist with an ownership pathway to join our growing, technology-driven practice in Hermitage, PA. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated dentist to grow into practice ownership.

Practice Highlights

• Location: 175 N Buhl Farm Dr, Hermitage, PA
• New denovo practice opened in 2025
• 80 new patients per month
• Average production: $172K/month
• 3 operatories currently with expansion potential to 6
• 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM)

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $25K Sign-On Bonus
• Compensation: Competitive percentage of production/collections
• Earning potential: Up to $250,000 - $500,000 annually

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active or eligible for a Pennsylvania dental license
