We are seeking a customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for onsite users and remote partner offices. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues, maintaining IT equipment, and delivering exceptional end-user support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and Office 365 issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document support activities and maintain service records.
• Collaborate with teams to improve IT performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support/help desk experience or CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical issues without relying heavily on documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. when needed.

Preferred

• MacOS/Apple support experience.
• Healthcare or dental IT support experience.
• MSP experience supporting multiple clients and technologies.

Schedule

• 100% onsite, Monday through Friday.
• Operating hours: 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
