Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs will be considered
• Experience with school-aged children and familiarity with IEPs strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and collaborative approach
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services in both group and individual sessions
• Document student progress and maintain accurate, confidential records
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and ongoing assessments
• Provide consultation and resources to staff and families to foster supportive learning environments
