- Execute mechanical, electrical, fatigue, and validation testing.
- Record and communicate accurate test results.
- Perform test method validation (TMV) , equipment qualification, and software validation.
- Assist with development of test methods, fixtures, and tooling.
- Build/test mechanical components and electrical assemblies.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Support continuous improvement of lab operations.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2+ years of technician or laboratory testing experience.
- Vocational/technical education or certification.
- Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience documenting test results and following test procedures.
