We’re seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader who will support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and outstanding customer service, while helping our team grow and reach their full potential. A Typical Day as a Team Leader Lead by example, welcoming customers and ensuring a friendly, positive first impression. Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally, coaching the team on best practices. Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food to brand standards. Operate the till, handle payments accurately, and complete end‑of‑shift cashing up procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, following food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards. Monitor stock levels, place daily orders and support the team during busy periods for smooth service. Communicate clearly with the team and management, providing guidance and updates on daily operations. Take initiative to resolve issues, support colleagues and fill operational gaps proactively. Motivate, engage and develop the team through coaching, training and performance support. Step up to the Store Manager role when needed, taking responsibility for overall store operations. Undertake lone‑working responsibilities, including opening and closing the store safely.
