Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs. Build trust through transparency, communication, and follow-up. Manage a high-volume customer schedule while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Work closely with technicians to keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Consistently achieve and exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals. Turn every customer interaction into a long‑term relationship.
