You'll partner directly with our Senior Director of Finance, contribute to meaningful projects, improve accounting processes, and help build the finance function of a growing healthcare organization. As our organization continues to expand, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. What You'll Do Administer and help optimize QuickBooks Online. Prepare deposit entries and deposit reconciliations. Support the general ledger and month-end close process (cash basis). Prepare location-level financial reports and management reporting. Prepare sales and use tax filings. Maintain vendor records and accounting system integrity. Partner on accounting process improvements and internal controls. Support financial compliance activities. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation. Serve as an internal accounting resource while partnering with the Senior Director of Finance on more complex accounting matters. What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 3+ years of progressive accounting experience. Experience using QuickBooks Online or a comparable accounting system. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial statements, bank reconciliations, sales and use tax, and month-end accounting processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Experience in a multi-location healthcare, dental, or professional-services environment.
