About the Opportunity

Apex Windows & Baths is one of the fastest-growing bath and shower remodeling companies in the United States, with more than 30 years of industry experience.

We are looking for a motivated In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them design the bathroom solution that best fits their needs.

No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. No self-generated leads. Our company provides qualified appointments so you can focus on what you do best— selling and closing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Deliver our proven sales presentation using an iPad.
• Design customized bath and shower solutions using proprietary software.
• Present pricing and product options.
• Close sales and meet performance goals.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
• Follow our proven sales process and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional presentation style.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-disciplined.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes.
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required .
• Must be willing to attend weekly sales meetings and training.
