Club Services Associate

A Club Services Associate plays a critical role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for members and guests through attentive service professionalism and YOULL DOAs part of the Club Services team your essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide a high level of customer service to members and guests throughout their visit serving as a welcoming and professional representative of the prepare and maintain golf carts for daily play including stocking cleaning and presentation standards before and after each members and guests upon arrival assist with loading and unloading golf clubs and support club cleaning and care golf clubs and maintain cart presentation with driving range operations including collecting cleaning and organizing range transport and deliver luggage for members and guests upon arrival and other areas of the club as needed to ensure smooth daily personal appearance standards and wear assigned club-owned vehicles to transport members and guests when applicable to the club valet services for member and guest vehicles when applicable to the club to all Dormie Networks policies procedures and service collaboratively with all employees to support an efficient and positive team greet members guests and fellow employees with professionalism enthusiasm and a willingness to YOU AREDemonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills in all member and guest clearly and professionally both verbally and in solid organizational skills with attention to detail in daily time effectively and meets established operational effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure independently within assigned responsibilities and follows direction as confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary operates golf carts and other Club vehicles in accordance with established to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends holidays and varying shifts based on Club operations and member RESPONSIBILITIESNoneEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEKnowledge of golf experience in a customer service or hospitality role AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of standing and to bend stretch twist and to visually inspect equipment golf carts and member belongings for cleanliness and to lift and carry up to 50 to communicate effectively with to operate a motor vehicle when properly ACCOMMODATIONSDormie Network is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of this position.
