Travel Compliance Required for Submission: SSN required at time of submission. DOB required at time of submission. RTO required at time of submission. BLS and ACLS certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission. Wisconsin or Compact License: Pending Wisconsin or Compact license accepted at submission. License must be obtained during compliance. Submission rules: Please submit candidates to only one opening per facility whenever possible. Epic experience preferred. Bill rates are firm. Background findings are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Travelers may return to the facility only after being separated for a minimum of 1 year. Travel pairs accepted.
