Will be trained by owner of the company - Hands on.

….. We are looking for 1 candidate to be promoted to run our sales team to build exponential quotes.

At Door and More, we specialize in exterior home renovations, starting with entry doors and exterior upgrades that improve curb appeal, security, and home value. We are currently hiring motivated and outgoing Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a commission and hourly pay contract position with strong opportunities for advancement. Team members who perform well can grow into leadership roles and eventually manage and run door-to-door sales teams.

Target Earnings: $50,000 – $100,000+ annually

As a Door and More Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, helping educate customers about our exterior renovation services. You’ll engage with potential customers through door-to-door marketing, relationship-building, and lead generation while earning commission on closed business.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads by canvassing assigned territories and going door-to-door to speak with homeowners about Door and More services.
• Educate customers on exterior renovation solutions including doors, exterior upgrades, and related home improvement services.
• Use a consultative sales approach to identify homeowner needs and schedule appointments for product consultations and estimates.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and provide excellent customer service.
• Work closely with management and other sales team members to achieve company goals.
• Report daily activity and results to the sales management team.
• Represent Door and More professionally in the community.

Experience & Qualifications

• Entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to earn commission and grow professionally.
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
