- Make regular on-site visits on existing customers for add-on sales and upsell opportunities

- Support new installations with hands-on follow-up to ensure a 5-star customer experience

- Drive our referral program to generate warm, high-converting leads

- Handle inside sales calls and follow-up to move prospects through the pipeline

- Proven track record in outside, field, or home improvement sales

- Relationship-builder who earns trust and follows through

- Comfortable on job sites and in high-end residential settings

- Self-starter with strong communication and closing skills
