Job Description\n TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Alexandria, Louisiana.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Med Surg\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 09/21/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n Travel: RN - Medical / SurgicalAlexandria, LA13 weeksSHIFT: 7AM - 7PM\n ***Epic experience required\n ***Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment prior to submission\n ***Candidates Must Be Willing To Float\n Type of patients on the unit: MedSurg focus is on post surgical patients ie orthopedics and general surgery and focuses on neuro populations.\n 36 or 48 hours per week guarantees are available.\n Note: Overtime is not Billable until after 48 hours.\n START: ASAP\n REQUIRED Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications\n BLS certification via AHA required\n RN License in state of employment or compact\n Summary:\n The competent Nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing.
