Industry Oil & Energy Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to spearhead the rapid scaling, modernization, and optimization of its engineering and infrastructure portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth strategy and organizational build-out, as well as providing capital program leadership and driving technical excellence and innovation. This executive will play a key role in cross-functional leadership and team development, with a focus on supporting accelerated project pipelines, new market entry, and ensuring best-in-class operational performance across various infrastructure components. Applicants for the Vice President of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in pipeline, terminal, and fuels engineering, with a proven track record of leadership during periods of rapid growth or transformation. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in refined-products and aviation fuel infrastructure, and experience in leading successful engineering budgets. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and possess a PE license, with an advanced degree being a plus.
