Requirement/Must Have:
- PMP Certification is required.
- SAP Supply chain Project Management experience is required.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA projects and phased global implementations at multi-national industries.
- Experience leading technical project teams in an Agile manner for rollouts.
- Minimum 8 years of experience involved in leading major cross-functional projects in Manufacturing Operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and JIRA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once.
- BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Plan, lead, and execute complex cross-functional projects for supply chain transformation initiatives within Business Applications.
- Manage timelines and execution of projects for IT and business COE led transportation, warehouse, and distribution (3PL) projects.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated Logistics and Transportation program/project timelines and governance.
- Drive project management best practices for logistics execution standardized at a global level.
- Gain cross-functional alignment on strategies, goals, resources, and timelines across Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality units.
- Partner with business PMs to organize and lead core team and executive steering committee meetings.
- Drive resolution of constraints, conflicts, and other challenges impacting timely execution.
- Provide clear communication to the organization on project status, critical path, and potential areas of risk.
- Manage project deliverables including Kick Off Presentations, Detailed Project Schedules, and Business Blueprints.
- Ensure compliance to internal business and quality system requirements and external regulatory standards.
- Knowledge of SAP GTS, SAP ECC, S/4 EWMS, and TMS.
- Experience with medical devices.
- Experience with supervising people.
- Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Experience managing partnerships with third-party system integrators and SAP Services.
