ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an administrator for the California Department of Social Services. That experience strengthened my passion for serving others, building relationships, and helping people navigate important life decisions.

I am a graduate of Fresno School of Business and have always enjoyed working in roles centered around helping people and making a positive impact in the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeff Singleton II - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
