Phlebotomist Floater

Labcorp seeks a Float Phlebotomist to perform blood collections across multiple sites in the Tulsa area. The role involves venipuncture and capillary techniques, specimen processing, patient data entry, and administrative duties, with travel to surrounding facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all patient age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
• Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and process billing information
• Travel to additional clinical sites as needed and provide customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• At least 21 years old
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training program preferred
• Ability to pass color blindness screening test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
