Dietary Aide Responsibilities Set up tables and dining areas with precision, emphasizing cleanliness and order. Prepare meals under the guidance of a dietary manager or cook, ensuring adherence to instructions and safety standards. Deliver dishes and trays promptly to designated rooms and times. Assist in post-meal cleanup by clearing dining areas and collecting plates and utensils. Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage. Keep food stations clean, wash dishes, cooking equipment, and silverware. Monitor ingredient stock levels and maintain inventory. Contribute to the upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances. Dietary Aide Skills You Bring Proven experience as a dietary aide. Knowledgeable about sanitation and safety guidelines, ensuring a hygienic environment.
