MD/DO Family Medicine Physician - Primary Care

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Family Medicine Physician providing comprehensive primary care services in a supportive and patient-centered environment. This role involves delivering continuous care to patients of all ages, from infants to adults, following the patient-centered medical home model. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care that enhances patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services for clinic and hospital patients, managing an assigned panel with ownership and dedication.
• Engage in consultations with other practitioners and participate actively in quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation related to practitioner services.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with legal and accreditation standards.
• Participate in on-call duties and support patient and provider satisfaction efforts.
• Engage in community outreach activities as requested.
• Support organizational goals through teamwork, professional development, and adherence to ethical standards.

Education and Experience

• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active and unrestricted MD or DO license in the relevant state.
• DEA certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
