Job Summary

Seeking a Paint Laboratory Technician to support paint testing, color development, and color validation activities. This role involves preparing samples, conducting laboratory tests, and documenting results to support paint development programs. The position also assists with project tracking, supplier coordination, and laboratory operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare paint panels and samples for testing, evaluation, and color validation activities.
• Perform routine laboratory tests for color, gloss, adhesion, corrosion, humidity, and paint performance.
• Record, organize, and maintain test data, project documentation, and laboratory records.
• Coordinate project tracking, supplier follow-ups, status updates, and testing schedules.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a laboratory, paint, coatings, manufacturing, or quality environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment and data documentation practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project-tracking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records and reports.
