PRN | Flexible Scheduling | Assisted Living Setting As an LPN in our Assisted Living community, you will provide compassionate nursing support while helping residents maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life in a warm and supportive environment. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident health status and report changes appropriately Complete accurate documentation and charting Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members Support caregivers and assist with resident care needs as needed Promote a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for residents Qualifications Current Ohio LPN license in good standing Assisted Living or long-term care experience preferred Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable and organized Why Join Solon Pointe?
