Anchor Haven Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to support adolescents within a structured Residential Behavioral Health Level 1 setting. Position Type Part-Time / Contracted Position (1099) PLEASE NOTE: This is currently a part-time contract position and does not include benefits. Responsibilities - Perform medication assistance and medication monitoring in accordance with program policy - Observe and document resident medication compliance - Complete medication-related paper chart documentation - Conduct basic nursing assessments and wellness observations - Communicate concerns regarding resident health, behavior, or medication changes - Maintain secure medication storage procedures - Assist with intake processes and health-related documentation - Collaborate with residential staff and behavioral health providers - Maintain professional, ethical, and trauma-informed interactions with residents This position works directly with children and adolescents within a Residential Behavioral Health Level 1 setting. Qualifications Applicants must possess: - Active Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing Preferred experience includes: - Behavioral health - Residential treatment settings - Youth/adolescent care - Medication documentation and monitoring - Trauma-informed environments Additional Requirements - SACWIS check required - New hire must obtain BCI/FBI fingerprinting at their own expense upon acceptance of the position - Background check required - CPR certification preferred - Strong communication and documentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a residential treatment environment Documentation & Environment - This Behavioral Health Level 1 program utilizes paper charting/documentation systems - Staff must be comfortable with handwritten medication logs and documentation procedures Schedule Flexible part-time scheduling available: - Evening hours available - Weekend opportunities available - Flexible scheduling opportunities About Anchor Haven Anchor Haven Behavioral Health is a residential behavioral health program focused on creating safe, structured, and therapeutic environments for youth requiring behavioral and emotional support services.
