Anchor Haven Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, trauma-informed therapists to provide therapeutic services within a structured residential setting serving adolescents and youth with behavioral and emotional health needs. Position Type Part-Time / Contracted Position (1099) Please Note: This is currently a part-time contract position and does not include benefits. Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments for incoming residents Provide individual one-on-one therapy sessions Facilitate therapeutic group sessions Complete clinical documentation and paper charting in accordance with program standards Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary collaboration Support trauma-informed and strengths-based interventions Assist with behavioral stabilization and emotional support planning Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Ohio licensure requirements This position works directly with children and adolescents within a Residential Behavioral Health Level 1 setting. Preferred Qualifications Applicants should possess one or more of the following: LSW LISW LPC LPCC CDCA (with appropriate supervision) Licensed behavioral health therapist in the State of Ohio Experience with the following is strongly preferred: Adolescents and youth Trauma-informed care Behavioral health residential settings Crisis intervention/de-escalation Group facilitation Intake and assessment processes Additional Requirements Active Ohio licensure or credential in good standing SACWIS check required New hire must obtain BCI/FBI fingerprinting at their own expense upon acceptance of the position Background check required CPR certification preferred Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a residential treatment environment Schedule Flexible part-time scheduling available: Evening hours available Weekend opportunities available Flexible scheduling opportunities About Anchor Haven Anchor Haven Behavioral Health is a residential behavioral health program focused on creating safe, structured, and therapeutic environments for youth requiring behavioral and emotional support services.
