We are seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to join our team! You will perform the work needed to keep machines, equipment, and buildings in good repair.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform other duties, as assigned
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (Up to 75 lbs)
  Must be physically capable of performing tasks such as moving furniture, equipment, or site materials safely and efficiently.
• Basic Maintenance and Repair Skills
  Experience with light plumbing, painting, landscaping, and general facility upkeep is preferred to keep properties clean and functional.
• Strong Attention to Safety and Detail
  Must follow safety protocols and identify maintenance needs before they become issues to keep the property secure and well maintained.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
