Work samples must be included on the resume to be considered Why You’ll Love This Job: Opportunity for contract extension Professional, polished office space Global Luxury Brand Culture of respect, accountability and trust What You’ll Do: Instructional Design: Design and develop engaging, performance‑based courseware across instructor‑led, virtual, and eLearning formats using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite Content Maintenance: Edit and update existing training presentations and materials to reflect current procedures and best practices Multimedia Production: Assist in producing scenario‑based training videos, including camera setup, lighting, and video editing Collaboration & Support: Work closely with SMEs, instructors, and cross‑functional teams to support training initiatives and department projects Relationship Building: Foster a positive learning environment through courteous, professional interactions with trainees and colleagues What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of recent experience in instructional design, training delivery, or aviation operations. Aviation experience is not required, but experience in a regulated industry such as financial services, education, or healthcare is preferred Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Proficiency in eLearning tools, multimedia production, and presentation software. Experience supporting regulatory training in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dawson
