Permanent Gastroenterology Opportunity in Nags Head, NC

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to help establish a new GI practice in coastal North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to build a practice from the ground up while living and working in one of the most desirable coastal communities in the U.S. The region offers 175 miles of pristine beaches, boating, fishing, and year-round recreation, making it a destination for both professionals and families seeking a true work-life balance in a picturesque environment.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time employed position with outpatient and inpatient responsibilities
• Opportunity to help launch a new gastroenterology practice with full operational and administrative support
• Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• 36 patient contact hours per week with the option of a 4-day work week
• Mix of clinic and procedure days (1–2 procedure days per week)
• Built-in referral network from primary care and general surgery teams
• Collaborative environment with a strong focus on patient-centered care
• Typical procedures include colonoscopies, EGDs, and related GI procedures
• System-wide integrated EMR
