Student Pastor

Full-time

St. Andrew Baptist Church in Panama City, Florida, is searching for a full-time Student Pastor to lead a thriving student ministry that is spiritually energized and ready for its next chapter. The role carries significant responsibility and real opportunity: weekly programming drawing 40-50 students, a committed volunteer team, active missions engagement, and a congregation that genuinely wants to see student ministry flourish. The Student Pastor will report directly to the Senior Pastor and serve as a meaningful voice in the church’s broader vision for discipleship, evangelism, and generational investment. This is a chance to step into a healthy, forward-moving church and build something that could shape a generation.
