Concierge: part-time, Support building

Job Description The Children’s Concierge provides errand running and information gathering services to employees, bringing convenience to the workplace. The role includes fulfilling employee requests such as errand running, car services, and information gathering, and serving as a source of information about internal work/life programs. Responsibilities Fulfills customer service requests, including running errands, conducting information research, and handling personal service requests. Closes out daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, including customer service scores, transactions, and communications. Reconciles corporate credit card account with POS system. Delivers excellent customer service through timely communication, responsiveness, and strong organization while managing multiple requests simultaneously. Develops and maintains positive working relationships with employees. Provides notary services upon request. Attends benefits fairs, recruiting events, and staff meetings upon request. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications No minimum experience required. Preferred: 2 years of experience in customer service, a business office environment, healthcare-related office, or communications center. High school diploma or equivalent. Skills & Abilities Excellent customer service, communication skills in person, writing, and phone. Organized and able to multi‑task with a positive attitude. Effective in pressured situations and can diffuse escalating situations. Strong problem‑solving and solid math skills. Computer skills including Outlook, Email, internet, Microsoft Word. Self‑starter with ability to work independently. Reliable transportation; valid GA driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; proof of vehicle insurance.
