Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller / Senior Accountant to manage the U.S. entity’s accounting operations and monthly close process. The role includes reporting to the parent company in Israel and supporting quarterly financial statements. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the monthly close and reporting to the parent company. Support quarterly financial statements and audit requirements. Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. Oversee invoicing and ensure compliance with U.S. sales tax. Maintain vendor and customer records, including W-9 documentation. Administer expense management (Experience with SAP Concur-advantage). Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls. Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues and global finance teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus. 5+ years of relevant accounting experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and sales tax requirements. Experience with ERP systems; Priority is a plus. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
