We are looking for an experienced Consumer Rights Paralegal who understands the fast-paced nature of consumer litigation and enjoys speaking with clients, investigating claims, and preparing high-quality draft complaints for attorney review. Benefits and Perks * Medical, dental, and vision * STD, LTD, and life insurance * 401(k) with a 4% match * 15 days of PTO per year * 12+ days off for federal holidays Compensation: 60,000 + bonuses Responsibilities: What You'll Do * Conduct detailed interviews with potential clients * Review documents, credit reports, collection letters, and account histories * Identify potential violations under consumer protection laws * Draft complaints and supporting documents for attorney review * Communicate with clients regarding case updates and needed documentation * Organize and maintain electronic case files in our case management system * Assist attorneys with litigation support and case preparation Qualifications: Preferred Experience * Prior experience handling consumer rights matters involving: Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA); Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA); and Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices claims * Experience drafting complaints and legal documents * Strong interviewing and client communication skills * Ability to work independently while managing a high-volume caseload * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Comfortable learning and using legal technology and AI tools About Company We combine aggressive representation with exceptional client experience and cutting-edge technology to help clients through some of the hardest moments of their lives.
