We're seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing and insurance process with professionalism, transparency, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of dealership finance operations. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with Power Fords values. Key Responsibilities Present finance and insurance products to customers in a clear and professional manner while maintaining compliance with federal and state laws. Secure financing through dealership-approved lenders, ensuring the best terms for both the customer and the dealership. Accurately complete and review all required documentation for vehicle purchases and financing. Protect the integrity of the dealership by adhering to all company, state, and federal compliance guidelines (e.g., Red Flags, OFAC, and Privacy Act).Maintain strong relationships with lending partners, banks, and credit unions to optimize approvals and funding speed.Achieve monthly sales and finance performance goals for product penetration, CSI, and PVR.Collaborate closely with the Sales and Management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to finance.Provide leadership and training to sales staff regarding finance processes and product knowledge.Assist in resolving any funding or contract discrepancies in a timely manner.Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring all questions are answered and all terms are clearly communicated #J-18808-Ljbffr
