Empowering Family Support Specialist In-Home Visits

You will use evidence-based curricula, coordinate medical homes, immunizations, and developmental screenings, while maintaining documentation and referrals to community resources. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; high school diploma acceptable with lived experience; AIMH Endorsement preferred; driving required.
