This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and partnering closely with the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a service-focused environment.What You'll DoServe as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and WRMCLead all day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated resident experienceOversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense managementPrepare and present the annual budget and provide ongoing financial insights to the BoardConduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality and maintenance standardsManage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure service excellenceLead the bidding process for third-party services and oversee special projectsSupervise, mentor, and develop on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and professional cultureEnsure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable laws and regulationsOversee community meetings, annual elections, and Board communicationsRespond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed
