Licensed Clinical Social WorkerWe are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive mental and behavioral health services within an Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) model. This role delivers patient-centered care through mental health and substance use assessments, short-term evidence-based therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments.Perform integrated behavioral health screenings in a primary care setting.Provide short-term, solution-focused therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care).Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Provide individual and group therapy.Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments.Coordinate referrals to specialty mental health, substance use treatment, and community resources.Collaborate with care teams within the IBH model.Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.Deliver culturally competent care and educate patients/families.Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited institution.Active California LCSW license.Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience required.Experience in integrated/community healthcare preferred.Strong background in psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and substance misuse treatment.Familiarity with DSM-5 criteria and behavioral health insurance guidelines.Experience working with adolescents/minors preferred.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: Competitive, based on experience403(b) with up to 4% employer match (immediate vesting).Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Employer-funded HRA & FSA options.Company-paid Life & AD&D insurance.PTO & paid holidays.EAP support services.Tuition reimbursement & CME/CEU/license reimbursement.For more information, please contact:Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io Email: View email address on click.appcast.io
