Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an individualized caseload of clients, ensuring to establish rapport and foster positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, and schedule upcoming appointments, including facilitating discharges when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients to ensure continuity and accuracy in care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the specific needs and treatment paths for new clients.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes a variety of ages and backgrounds. Our services span a comprehensive range of mental health issues, enabling you to provide targeted therapy addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress among others. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted LPC licensure to practice in New Jersey.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, and PIMSY, for documentation and client management.
\n
• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort with performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certification in specialized therapy modalities or experience with specific client populations (such as youth or marginalized communities) will be highly regarded. Experience in utilizing telehealth technology is also a plus, given the remote nature of this position.

Transcendence Counseling Solutions offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates that allow clinicians to be paid ahead of collections, along with bonus opportunities based on performance metrics.
