Lab Technician

Lab Technician As a Lab Technician, you'll be involved in the complete reagent production process, from preparation through quality testing and packaging. You'll work independently while following established procedures to ensure products meet strict regulatory and performance standards. Key Responsibilities Formulate, fill, test, and package chemical and biological reagent products Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing specifications to ensure compliance with FDA and quality requirements Set up, calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and reagent processing instruments Perform analytical testing on solutions, including: pH Conductivity Density Conduct raw material testing using analytical techniques such as HPLC and ICP Accurately document activities and test results in accordance with GMP and quality system requirements Apply scientific principles and analytical problem-solving skills to daily production activities Support continuous quality and compliance initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or another science-related field At least 3 months of laboratory experience (academic laboratory experience accepted) Ability to follow and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced laboratory/manufacturing setting Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.58 - $25.58/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
