Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.* **Leadership & Teamwork** – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.* **Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation** – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.* **Delivery Operations** – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.* **Returns & Pickups** – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.* **Safety Compliance** – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.* **Cash & Charge Transactions** – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.* **Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance** – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.## Qualifications**What We’re Looking For*** Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.* Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.* Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.* Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.**You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have*** Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)* Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.* Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail* Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards.Since opening our first store in 1979, AutoZone has grown into a leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories across the Americas.
