Job TitleResponsibilities:Handle freight vendor invoices, comparing to quote and bill of lading paperwork to ensure we are being billed correctlyMatching of bill of lading paperwork to daily Electronic Data Invoice reportsPrinting of daily bill of lading reports and ensuring that all are received from each branch locationFiling of daily bill of ladingsHandle proof of delivery requests from customers if they have not received the product, or refuse units due to damageEnter invoices for paymentReconcile vendor statementsWork with freight carriers to resolve invoicing issuesMonitor email daily to check for any requests/issues that need actionFiling of weekly AP check packetsPerforms other duties as assignedKeep all documentation up to date as neededExpense Payable reviewInvoice entryJob Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office ProductsAbility to understand general accounting processesAbility to work within a teamDemonstrates the ability to take initiative and problem solveReliable attendance and work historyEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple assignmentsDetail orientedAbility to identify and resolve routine problems independently#IND
