Operational Resilience & Risk Lead

JCW Group is seeking a Senior Operational Resilience professional to lead the firm's continuity and disaster recovery programs. You will oversee governance structures, guide IT and business teams on resilience strategies, and deliver training to raise awareness across the organization.
