Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to adult neuro ICU/IMCU patients, including critical care and post-intensive care needs
- Monitor neuro status, perform frequent neuro checks, and respond to changes in condition per protocol
- Manage ventilated and non-ventilated patients, administer medications, and assist with procedures as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians, bedside nurses, and specialty teams; develop and update care plans; document in the electronic health record
- Float between ICU and step-down units as needed; maintain patient safety, infection control, and effective handoffs
- Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning as appropriate

Requirements
- Active RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU/IMCU experience with strong neuro patient care background
- Ability to work night shifts and float between ICU and step-down units as needed
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Resume/work history with no gaps greater than 60 days; Skills Checklist; References; Certification Card; Nursys License Verification must be provided in the candidate profile
- Must be able to work in the listed US location and meet assignment-specific requirements
