ABOUT OUR AGENCY

Our agency opened in 2019 and is a team of four full-time members who value hard work, family, and enjoying what we do. I always knew I wanted to be a business owner, and after being recruited by State Farm, I saw the opportunity to build something meaningful while helping families protect their future. I graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in Management. My wife and I have two kids, and we’re a very active family. We spend a lot of time at Clemson sporting events, supporting our daughter in travel ball, and taking family vacations whenever we can. Family time is important to us, and that perspective shapes the way I lead the office. I stay involved in the community through the Clemson Chamber, Clemson Rotary Club, and First Baptist Church of Clemson. Being connected locally matters to me and to our agency. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gene Dukes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
