OVERVIEW & HIGHLIGHTS
The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a qualified individual as an Maintenance Supervisor. The incumbent under the direction of the Senior Director, Facilities, Planning, Development, and Maintenance, performs a variety of responsible duties related to the management of all facilities related maintenance operations and activities; organizes, schedules, assigns, and review maintenance work; supervises and evaluates the performance of assigned staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Graduation from high school supplemented by two years of college coursework in business or a related field
EXPERIENCE:
Four years increasingly responsible related maintenance experience including one year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California driver's license and ability to qualify for district vehicle insurance coverage.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work includes indoor and outdoor environments; subject to heavy lifting, climbing and noise.

VETERAN'S POINTS:

ASSESSMENT PROCESS:

• The assessment process for this position may include any combination of the following:
