Endoscopy Portfolio Business Manager - EsoGastric

Medtronic seeks an Endoscopy Portfolio Business Manager to optimize commercial operations and sales strategies for the EsoGastric product line. This remote, field-based position involves developing go-to-market strategies, leading product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across the gastrointestinal disease portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead EsoGastric portfolio strategy development and execution across commercial teams
- Manage new product launches and field implementation of national account initiatives
- Partner with marketing and sales to deliver training on new tools and sales enablement programs
- Analyze market data and customer behavior to provide actionable insights and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction strategies for healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years experience in sales, marketing, or technical program management
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, marketing strategies, and medical device commercial operations
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50% or more within assigned territory
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, communication, and financial acumen skills
- Experience managing programs, people, or change initiatives in healthcare or medical devices
