THE OPPORTUNITY: PAID PCA TRAINING (NORWICH CORPORATE OFFICE)
We are currently accepting applications for our upcoming Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Certification Class .

• The Location: All training takes place at our Norwich, CT Corporate Office.
• Earn While You Learn: You receive compensation during the program. We invest in your skills from Day 1.
• Placement: Upon successful completion and orientation, you will be eligible to begin your career as a Certified PCA with our clients!

QUALIFICATIONS
We hire for character and train for skill. To qualify for the April 13th class, you must have:

• Mobility: A valid Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (with your name listed on the policy).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Availability: A commitment to the training schedule and the ability to work weekends once matched with a client.
• Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal skills and a "ready to work" mindset.
