[1. User Research Specialist]

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects that support marketing strategy, brand initiatives, and business decision-making across North America.
• Recruit participants for consumer and market research while building scalable, cost-effective recruitment channels and local research resources.
• Conduct agile field research to validate emerging consumer needs, sports scenarios, and market opportunities through interviews, observations, intercepts, and other in-market research methods.
• Identify localized consumer behaviors, cultural insights, and market trends to help the business better understand North American consumers.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Consumer Insights team in China throughout the research process, including research design, participant recruitment, fieldwork, insight generation, and reporting.
• Respond quickly to ad hoc research requests from regional teams and deliver actionable insights within fast-moving business timelines.
• Support research activities during sporting events, trade shows, community activations, and other offline marketing initiatives across North America.
• Continuously expand local research resources by developing relationships with agencies, communities, organizations, and alternative participant recruitment channels to improve research quality while optimizing costs.

What We're Looking For

• Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–3 years of experience in User Research, Consumer Insights, UX Research, or Market Research.
• Experience working in multinational companies or research agencies serving global brands.
• Experience recruiting research participants and coordinating field research activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse communities.
• Fluent in English.

[2. Influencer & Community Marketing]

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute influencer and community marketing initiatives across North America.
• Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, athletes, coaches, and sports communities.
• Manage influencer collaborations, including outreach, campaign execution, content coordination, and performance tracking.
• Build and grow local communities around key sports and lifestyle categories, such as running, fitness, cycling, hiking, and skiing.
• Plan and support community activations, sporting events, expos, and other local marketing initiatives.
• Identify and develop partnerships with sports clubs, communities, events, and local organizations.
• Monitor local social media and consumer trends to identify new influencers, communities, and marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with global marketing teams to localize strategies for the North American market.
• Continuously expand Shokz's local influencer, community, and marketing resources.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Community Marketing, Sports Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience working with influencers, creators, athletes, or communities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Passion for sports, fitness, or outdoor activities.

[3. Sports Event Marketing]

What You'll Do

• Event Planning & Execution: Organize and execute event marketing activities in targeted U.S. cities, including running clubs, sports communities, and marathon events.
• Brand Integration: Develop strategies to effectively integrate the brand into events, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement with potential customers.
• User Engagement: Engage with target audiences at events to enhance brand awareness, promote product features, and collect user feedback.
• Partnership Development: Collaborate with local sports organizations, influencers, and event coordinators to build strong partnerships and expand brand presence.
• Sales Support: Utilize event opportunities to support sales efforts, including lead generation, follow-up, and conversion tracking.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on the success of marketing events, including ROI, brand reach, and customer engagement.

Previous experience in sports industry marketing (equipment, event sponsorships) like Nike, Adidas, Asics or community management (specifically referring to running or cycling communities) is a plus.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the U.S. for event execution.
