What You’ll Be Doing As a Line Cook at Icebox - FARMesilla, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assisting with inventory management and ensuring ingredients are properly stocked. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Upholding food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
