Sam's Club #6405 900 N Walton Ave Yuba City, CA 95993-8634 Position Summary Self–service technology associate responsible for operating forklifts, receiving and merchandising inventory, providing member service, and maintaining safety and sales floor presentation. Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely, following company standards and guidelines, and maintain all equipment. Receive, organize and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers. Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation, including zoning, rotating, and displaying merchandise. Assist members with self‑service technology, purchasing decisions, and general inquiries. Conduct safety sweeps and report hazards, unsafe conditions, and equipment malfunctions. Support club pick‑up orders by selecting, staging and auditing products in a timely manner. Identify shrink and quality opportunities, recommend improvements, and follow up on corrective actions. Collaborate with managers, coworkers and other business partners to prioritize tasks and communicate progress. Model Walmart values by maintaining integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 90 days of prior experience operating a forklift with certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Minimum age 18 years or older. Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to work flexible shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.
