MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and our local client are currently hiring 1st Shift Forklift Associates in Hebron, KY. If you have forklift experience and are looking for a stable full-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule & Pay
Position: Forklift Associate
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Location: Hebron, KY
Job Summary
As a Forklift Associate, you will safely operate powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a forklift following company safety procedures.
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
Use handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with warehouse team members.
Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience.
Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Warehouse experience in a high-volume environment; food-grade facility experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a warehouse where temperatures may vary by season.
Must be able to work overtime and adjust your schedule as needed.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
