A well-established and respected law firm in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Probate / Civil Litigation Paralegal to support its active practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable handling both probate administration and contested civil matters in a collaborative, fully in-office environment.

What You'll Do

* Provide comprehensive support on probate administration and probate litigation matters
* Assist with drafting and filing pleadings, motions, petitions, notices, and discovery
* Prepare probate filings, coordinate with courts, and track statutory deadlines
* Manage case calendars, organize files, and maintain litigation deadlines
* Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and court logistics
* Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, experts, and opposing counsel
* Assist attorneys with trial and evidentiary hearing preparation as needed

What We're Looking For

* Prior experience in probate and/or civil litigation
* Strong knowledge of Florida probate procedures and civil court filing requirements
* Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys
* Professional communication skills and client-facing confidence
