• Schedule: Day shifts, 3 days/week, 8-hour shifts (08:00-17:00); 1-2 evening shifts/week; flexibility for 12-hour shifts if preferred
• Hours/Week: Approximately 24–32 hours (part-time options available)
• Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
• Licensing/Certifications: CA medical license, Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Family or Internal Medicine
• Languages: Spanish (medical Spanish preferred)

What You'll Do

• Provide primary care services to diverse patient populations
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Document visits efficiently using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary support staff, including RNs, LVNs, and behavioral health professionals
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients on health management and disease prevention

What You Need

• Valid California medical license and DEA registration
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (board eligible with good explanation/skillset)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Ability to speak Spanish or medical Spanish fluently
• Strong communication and patient care skills
